what is best PDF reader with regularly updates?

Seriously, I am not joking as both Firefox and Chromium based browsers can open and display PDF files just as well as a dedicated application can now.

It's not free but I use Qoppa PDF Studio Pro. However, I also create and edit a lot of PDFs.

My favorite is Okular that is standard reader of KDE. I use it for many years now in Gnome environments (Ubuntu, later Mint Cinnamon).
How you get better results when searching for yourself.

There is also foxit reader which is open source.

I did format LMDE and reinstall LMDE then i updated the system then i restarted my computer then i installed at
