I migrated a few months ago from LMDE2 to LMDE3 ...
Under LMDE2, my Samsung Xpress M2022W printer (monochrome laser) worked perfectly ...
With LMDE3, I cannot print. The machine seems to be recognized: it appears in "system-config-printer". The problem is that at the request for printing nothing happens and the queue remains empty. A test with Libre-Office (just text) does not change anything except that a small window from the corner of "applets" appears briefly, notifying me that the printing operation has been canceled ...
So far, I have only tried deleting the device in question and then restarting. The system finds the printer correctly, but the symptoms remain the same ...
What to do ?
