What does nvidia-detect tell you?
Has the nvidia kernel module been built at all? Check with lsmod.
If you built against a newer kernel from buster-backports, did you install the appropriate kernel-headers?

Sorry but yesterday, I was at work from 2 pm to 10 pm

ok here is nvidia-detect command:
Checking card: NVIDIA Corporation GM107M [GeForce GTX 860M] (rev a2)
Your card is supported by all driver versions.
nvidia-driver is already the newest version (440.100-1~bpo10+1).

I don't see any nvidia module in the list, only intel.
Seems the nvidia module wasn't built.
Uninstall and try again, or report to the nvidia linux forum.
