On LMDE2 its Ok but after install LMDE3 by live cd. Can't connect after input router password.
I follow the steps on https://wiki.debian.org/rt2800usb#Installation. Still not work.

Today I already SOLVED by
- Edit the /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf
- Append:
[device]
wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no
- Save and run: /etc/init.d/network-manager restart
- Edit the /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf
- Append:
[device]
wifi.scan-rand-mac-address=no
- Save and run: /etc/init.d/network-manager restart
