No need to run cabling or drill holes....I use the following and it works great........I have 2 network printers and two pc's connected this way....different rooms in house.....router in one room, 1 pc and both printers in another room..2nd pc in final room. all connect and work without issue. no drivers needed....just need ethernet cables...

I wouldn't recommend the powerline adapters mentioned by Nuts2u, as those can be really bad for your health (they turn your wall into a giant antenna that emits harmful radiation) and interfere with radio signals.
[EDIT] - Radio enthusiasts (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amateur_radio) really hate Powerline adapters, as explained here: https://www.rtl-sdr.com/showing-the-hf- ... e-devices/
Now that we know your Wifi card is the problem, I would look into getting another inexpensive Wifi USB card. This $15 Wifi card is well-rated and is supposed to have plug-n-play Linux support.

Hmmmmm...all our radios play just fine....no interference.......where did you get your radio info from?????
