What are the right place for:

I want to make sure before I write about the above topics that this is done in a place where it can be considered by the webmasters and developers.

Augmenting the above response, I would suggest that viewforum.php?f=29 would be applicable for LM.com (#1) as well, as its rules include "... or its websites."
