How do I order Folders in Betsy?
Yes I know it's way out of date... Anyway it seems to do very little sorting. Both files and Folders appear together, I think based on amount of use! This is totally useless for me. I hoard a lot of fotos and may use them once or twice a year...

Which desktop environment are you using? Cinnamon or MATE? It matters because caja and nemo work differently.
I’ll tell you a DNS joke but be advised, it could take up to 24 hours for everyone to get it.

Upgrade your PC?
Surely you must have a choice somewhere to say that you want folders before files?

You didn't say what file manager you're using, but presuming that you're using Nemo, go to Edit > Preferences > Views, and make your settings whatever you'd like them to be, especially the "Sort folders before files" option.Moreach wrote:Cinnamon

as I imagined. then in this case, it is better to upgrade to LMDE4. there is no point in continuing to use a system that is no longer supported!
