Icon Selector Behavior in Cinnamon

Post by a.bowers »

I would like to suggest a minor change to something that's been bugging me for a bit.
Currently, in Cinnamon 3.2.7,when you right click on an icon and click "Properties," you're given a little box with the icon graphic in it. If you click that box, the open dialog appears...and always takes you to the Home directory. There isn't an obvious way to find out where a given icon graphic is stored on the system. It would be better if it opened to the directory the current icon is stored in. It would help drastically when making menu shortcuts for things.
