One more way to switch keyboard layouts

By analogy with existing key combination "Left Ctrl (to first layout), Right Ctrl (to last layout)" would be very nice to add similar "Left Shift (to first layout), Right Shift (to last layout)"
These keys (Left Shift/Right Shift) were very widely used in many russian layout switchers for Windows and even DOS, so many russian users got used to them.
