add copy/paste support to dialogue boxes, control panels, etc

The Driver Manager settings dialogue control panel thingy does not support copy/paste. So if I want to share what it says, I have to share a screen shot. This is not ideal, because there are times when, for troubleshooting, or tutorial purposes, you need to share with someone the contents of a dialogue window such as the Driver Manager window.
