Two ideas for the window decoration:
1. Have the close, maximise and minimise a bit closer together. (see the two pictures for comparison)
2. Enlarge the circle on mouse hover over maximise and minimise to match the close button.
This would make it a little bit more mouse-friendly and it'd look better too imo
