grey them for desktop, as complement to dark themes

I really like the dark themes because they protect my eyes from receive too much light for long hours when i work on my desktop, but, some times it is kind of depressive and when you have too many windows open, it is hard to know which window is active, since all of them are black.

i wonder if creating a dark-grey or grey theme could help up in this subject, no too much light, but not so depressive and also easy to know which window is open.
