populate the folder "templetes" whit libreoffice blank files

the idea is to populate the templetes folder with actual blank files of:
libreoffice calc
libre office write
libreoffice draw

etc

so when you do right click on a nemo folder or the desktop, you get the sugestion of create a new file of this kind, not just a new text file, i always do this in my computer and is super confortable, assuming that all linux mint has libre office installed, i guess this could be confortable for other users.
