Scroll up/down voume when mouse is on speaker icon in tray

I installed Linux Mint 20 and the option to change volume by scrolling up and down when the mouse is over the speak icon in the tray in the top right corner. It was possible to change volume this way in all previous version of Linux Mint and apparently, it was removed in Linux Mint 20.

I disagree with this change and wish that it will be reinstate. Thanks!

And if it is possible to reactive this option, that would be great too.

I installed Linux Mint 20 and the option to change volume by scrolling up and down when the mouse

My fresh installed LM20 do have this feature. So I can change volume by scrolling mouse wheel when hovering over the speaker icon in system tray
