Interpolated (smooth) scrolling
It'd be super chill to have smooth (also known as interpolated) scrolling in Linux Mint, esp. for mousewheels. Firefox has the option to enable it, but practically it isn't working. I learned that Linux Mint already has this kind of scrolling (GNOME demo but reproducible on Cinnamon), but only when I scroll over the scrollbar in system apps like Files, and even then it's super slow, but looks good nevertheless. This is a related issue at GNOME Control Center. One of the things I miss from Windows 10 is universal and faster smooth scrolling.
