This message bother me, so i want i function to timer snooze the message. For example 24 hour and/of a week.

That is the wrong solution. Your disk is full, you need to address that, and then the message will not bother you again.
If you ignore the message (which is what will happen if you find a way to make it disappear for a week) then your system will eventually stop booting. I bet that will bother you more than a little.

I hope this is an early April 1st joke, by the way.
