Suggestions for Linux Mint should be posted on GitHub Discussions. For the software developed by Linux Mint — such as if you have an idea to improve Software Manager or a feature request for Cinnamon — instead post those on that software's GitHub project. GitHub is the collaboration website used by everybody that works on Linux Mint developed software. A hub where the Linux Mint team and the many awesome contributors like other developers, testers & bug reporters, maintainers from other Linux distros and ideas submitters get together. When submitting an idea or a feature request, try to indicate this in the issue title so that it’s immediately clear to developers that they’re not looking at a bug report.

Suggestions for software developed by other projects should be posted to their respective project.
