How do you edit the heading? I don't know how to gain access to that setting once the question is posted.

you have to Edit Your First Post:
- there is Six Icons on the Top Right Corner of any of your posts,
( sometimes there is Five Icons )
and the Left Most icon is the Edit Icon - hover your Mouse over each Icon - to read what each Icon does.
