Which do I really have installed here 0.9.38.10 as per synaptic or 0.9.30 as per the terminal?

Today, the latest Firejail LTS has been added to the official repositories of Ubuntu 16.04 and Linux Mint 18.1 (the Universe repo): Firejail 0.9.38-10 (or, as it's called in Universe: 
0.9.38.10-0ubuntu0.16.04.1
