Scroll wheel speed

Imwheel works as i have just installed it in cinnamon 18.1, however there are two parts to it.
First install sudo apt-get install imwheel
Second download & save this http://www.nicknorton.net/mousewheel.sh
Right click on the above, goto permissions and tick "allow executing file"
Now double click file and choose run.

I moved the file to /etc/X11/imwheel,, it doesnt matter where it goes as long as it works :)
