Gnome-Keyring-Daemon Issue

its been already three days that my all linux mint cinnamon custom systems doesnt allow me to shutdown or reboot in a normal responsive time which is a faster one .
Its because this service stop to response.
To solve that :
add a command launcher applet to panel with this command:

for shutdown
shutdown now

for reboot
shutdown -r now

i added three icons for shut, reboot and custom command
