Edimax Installation Guide for EW-7822ULC/UTC/UAD (Ubuntu and Mint)

Hello Linux Mint Users!
We recognize that many Linux users choose Edimax Wi-Fi adapters for their productivity needs. To make the installation process easier for our EW-7822ULC, EW-7822UTC, EW-7822UAD Wi-fi Adapters, we’ve provided the following guides and videos for the user to follow through. Please take special note of the distribution and kernel when proceeding with the instruction. We hope the following resources will be beneficial to providing a solution to common problems!

As of June 2023, the official Edimax driver can only support up to kernel 5.11. For kernels 5.15 or above, an open-source driver is required.

Thanks! I can't test it myself, as I don't have an Edimax Wifi adapter. But I highly appreciate your efforts to help Linux users like this.
