POedit Translation Memory (TM)

Hallo,
where is the TM database stored?
I would like to move it between different machines, to keep it updated wherever I work on translations.

It is stored in your Home folder .local <->share <->poedit

Thank you.
Moving the TM folder seems to work with the Windows version too.
