Mint never fully installs

Hello All,
I am having a little trouble getting Mint to install. I am dual booting a Win7 and Mint13 Cinn.

Everything installs fine, everything looks great. Go to the update manager, check for updates. Install updates and reboot. As soon as I reboot I get a "completting installation" and I am back to a fresh install. I am new to Mint, not to sure where to look for the problem. I googled but to no avail.......

Is this a mint4win installation?

Yes I installed it from Windows. Seemed to install fine until I reboot.

It seems that grub is not installed to the right place. Here is a video about mint4win installation:
