[Solved] Full Install Still Needs Memory Stick?
I have installed 13 MATE from a bootable Memory Stick. Now it won't boot unless the memory stick is present. Ideas appreciated please. TIA

Re: Full Install Still Needs Memory Stick?
My first guess? You installed the GRUB bootloader to the USB stick and not the hard drive where you put Mint.
Boot into Mint, remove the USB stick. Open a terminal and run "sudo grub-install /dev/sda". (no quotes)
This will install GRUB to the master boot record of your hard drive.
Please note this assumes you only have one hard drive (named sda); if this is not the case, or you wish to install the bootloader somewhere else, change "/sda" in the command above to the relevant location.
