Mint 13 does not see Vista
I get to type of installation and all it sees is the pen drive. No Vista . No partitions. Nothing. Fresh install of vista, all updates and defragged.

Re: Mint 13 does not see Vista
My computer does things the same way. I have 2 hard drives. Try switching from SDA to SDB and see if Vista is showing up there. I think you will find it will be. If so, then any changes you make should be make to that drive that Vista is showing up on. Hope this helps.

Hello
Boot into a live media Ubuntu 12.04, or Mint 13, or Linux on your hard drive.
Open a terminal type:
sudo fdisk -l
-l is lower case L.
try typing:
sudo blkid
try:
sudo os-prober
Do you see vista and all your other insalled Operating systems, and other partitions?
