Fresh Install 201204 Extremely Slow

instalation took ages .. now siple porgram instalation (team viewer) took more than 30 minutes

is there any solution for that ?

Installation is slow but how about everything else? Have you tried playing video or music or accessing the net? Is there a reason you chose a 32 bit OS?
i5 3570k, ASRock z77 Extreme 4, 8 Gb Ripjaws 1600, Antec 430w psu, HVR 1600 tv tuner, custom case- marble top, oak face. Carver & DCM Time Window sound system. Mint 14 KDE.

Tengo una maquina parecida con Linux Mint Cinnamon y en procesador me sale lo siguiente:

AMD A10-5800K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1400,00MHz
AMD A10-5800K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 3800,00MHz
AMD A10-5800K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1400,00MHz
AMD A10-5800K APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1400,00MHz

No entiendpor por que a 1.4Ghz si debería ser a 3.8Ghz y con turbo hasta 4.2 Ghz

por otro lado el rendimiento general del sistema es lento, el procesador se calienta mucho
el cooler hace mucha bulla, reproducir un video de youtube hace que el cooler suene muy fuerte

a que se debe?? puede faltar algun driver o el SO no es compatible con el HW ???
