boot problems

Postby revbaptist » Thu Jun 12, 2008 4:14 pm

Help! I just installed Mint Elyssa as a dual-boot with Windows XP... everything went great until...
the "upsplash" screen loads for a few minutes, and then I get black, and a message as follows:
BusyBox v1.1.3 (Debian 1:1.1.3-5ubuntu12) Built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

(intramfs)_

What does that mean? I do not get the "Gnome Login Manager" screen at all!

how do I fix this???
HELP!!

thanks for letting me yell a little bit...
