Hi,
Has anyone ever figured out a way of creating a hidden partition build of linux with hotkey restore so if the system crashes it can be rebuilt completely from the HD like most Windows laptops are today? Any links would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance

You can make a hidden partition usin GParted. I have cloned windows recovery partitions using mkisofs command and when restoring, I have copied that copy to its target and I have build a boot sector using MS-SYS program.
