How to get Minty grub back?

Postby Old Marcus » Mon Nov 03, 2008 2:06 am

I installed Ubuntu 8.10 on the free space left on my harddrive, just to have a play around with it and its grub overwrote the grub installed by mint. Is there a way to get the Mint grub back? I much prefered the interface it offered than the default one from Ubuntu.
Linux Mint 8 RC1 = Nice
'apt install' can be used on Linux Mint as a shortcut for 'sudo apt-get install'. 'apt x' can be used for various other apt commands as well.

I really should check the wiki more... :P

Cheers, followed instructions, things back to how they were.
