Use liveCD for program installation later on?

Post by NiksaVel »

Can I?

How?

I have a DVD I made with remastersys with all sorts of nifty stuff, but I'd like to make a clean install of bianca and than later on install only some of the programs that are available on the liveCD I made. How could I do that if possible?

well Ubuntu does this so i expect you can.
You just need to make your DVD a repository in apt list.

I haven't got any Ubuntu systems left to get you the apt entry. :(

I think making the CD/DVD a repository only works if you have the .deb packages on, not if you have the program installed on it. I am not sure how you would install the programs.
