it might be simplest to get your DL from here. http://distrowatch.com/index.php?distribution=mint
all the 17 flavors i have ever gotten have had it.

you could, verify that your current image is missing it by checking your boot directory, located in your root file system. deffinately something weird going on here.

happy minting :mrgreen:

Hi Gianmar!

Just edit /etc/default/grub file (open a terminal, copy and paste following code replacing gedit with your DE text editor).

Code: Select all

sudo gedit /etc/default/grub
Be sure GRUB_BADRAM line is unmaked (w/o # in first place)
GRUB_BADRAM="0x01234567,0xfefefefe,0x89abcdef,0xefefefef"
Delete # if any and save. Then, copy and paste

Code: Select all

 sudo update-grub
and reboot computer to check it is there.
