Hi its been awhile since I posted here so hi. Anyway my computer is kernel panicking. The screen display is in the link above any help would be appreciated. Thanks
The best way to learn from it is break it OS's (is there a plural for OS?) included.

The screen-shot suggests deeper damage than a bad package. Linux has found the root file-system but there's no 'init' program for it to use ----> panic. That OS can't be used to mend itself, missing files will almost certainly stay missing, so you need run a Live Session Mint to investigate what went wrong, back-up anything you want to keep, and re-install.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named "manual".

The problem with /sbin/plymouthd is emanating from the initrd.img.

Did the update abort or did you get impatient when the initrd.img was updating and kill the job :?:
