Huge problems with upgrading. Cannot work!

Did you make a fresh install or an upgrade from Felicia?

I suggest you make fresh install from scratch. You will have better result this way and create 3 partitions: swap, /home and /.

I`ve seen many people having issue with Gloria when upgrading directly.
