usb version mint7 need a floopy boot disk (4 a Super noob)

i have a desktop with no hard drive and bios dosnt support usb boot only hard drive, cd, and floppy i have a friends realy old laptop and downloaded mint 7 on to a usb thumb drive from pendrivelinux.com but of course it was a waste of time unless there is a was to change my bios to use usb booting thanks for any help i get



or a boot floppy disk or boot cd to allow usb support i know they have it for other linux os's how do i do it for this one

Hello, and Welcome to Linux Mint. What's wrong with the ordinary LiveCD? it should boot fine according to your description. p.s. how are you going to install it on a system with no hard-drive
