Change bootloader menu theme

Hello,
I'm dual booting Mint and Win10 with the attached theme.

At first I have installed Mint, then Windows. But my grub has been removed. So as the last topic of mine shows, a friend's helped me restore.
After that time, I did not have enough to tell it here.

My bootloader menu is not Mint's default, maybe.

The simplest way to modify GrUB is GrUB Customizer, but it's generally frowned upon by some, myself included (even though I actually use it), as it can really mess things up and cause more problems than it's worth. YMMV.

No, it's 32bit but non-EFI mode. My hard disk has been damaged, so I can't change to UEFI. It's running on Legacy mode. I do not have enough time to buy a new HDD.

I don't understand what that means but if you've got damaged boot sectors then you should be happy your system is still booting at all and you probably shouldn't touch it until you got your data off it and onto a new HDD.

Has anyone been able to find a solution to this? my hard drive was damaged too,I think, and I can not go back to the previous version either

I mean due to some problems, my hard disk has been damaged while driving somewhere about a year ago. Since then, I have changed settings in BIOS from UEFI to Legacy, so the hard disk is working fine till now.
That's not any problem, and that's not the root cause of this issue.

I'm dual booting Mint and Win 10, but I remember once I had only Mint 18 with its beautiful bootloader theme.
But what I recently have done is:
Installed Mint 18 and had kept it for about 3 months. Then tried to upgrade to 19, but some software issues had caused. So I had to do a clean installation.
I had removed Mint 18, clean installed Mint 19. Two weeks after installing Mint 19, I did install Win 10 dual-booting. I had to repair bootloader by the recommendation of this topic as I asked previously: viewtopic.php?f=46&t=277159
It solved my problem, but the current issue has emerged.

Fair enough. I still don't get the UEFI/legacy thing but hopefully doesn't matter.

I don't know what exactly boot-repair changes so let's do the GRUB re-install that I originally wanted you to do and see if that helps:

Goodness, after running my command and it telling you Installation finished. No error reported. why would you go around trying to install it to all those partitions? Luckily they all failed - don't play around with that command like that, it could render your system unbootable.

I don't know. Frankly I just loaded a Linux Mint iso in a virtual machine and the boot menu looked exactly as in your screenshot, so at this point I'm not sure you are even looking at a non-default menu.

Actually I can see both probably. If I boot in EFI mode it looks like this:

Ok, I don't know what menu you were referring to then. Know that you can install custom boot menu themes later on if you wish, maybe you used to have one of those.
