Home in a defferent partition

Post by evalckea » Tue Jun 23, 2009 12:05 pm

Hi friends I'm new on this forum, I came from Ubuntu but want to try with this new and interestin distro, but I have observed something on the installation process, it didn't give me the oportunity to select another partition to be used as home, maybe there is another way to do this.

Thanks, and excuseme f this question has been alredy solved, but I didn't find the answer.

Choose to do a Manual install instead of the automated guided one.

Thanks proxima_centauri firstly I didn't understood the manual installation display and for that reason I couldn't use it but I redo the installation process and all worked Ok.

On the right side of your original post title "Home in a defferent partition", you should see an Edit button (right by "!" "X" and Quote), type <Solved> before or after the title.
