Mint 19.1 Update

hey saw somewhere on the forum that when 19.1 is released those on 19.0 will be updated to it. my questions are is there a eta yet, and will those of us on 19.0 get a heads up before the update? thanks

The update process isn't automatic. It has to be initiated.
The 19.1 version is expected by Christmas 18.

Yep - the upgrade process is Fully Manual - - Update Manager - Edit - "upgrade to XXX".

no one said anything about being automatic, what i was referring to was will the be a posting here. something along the lines of check your update manager if your interested in 19.1. good to know that 19.1 may be here before the end of the year.
