Installing Mint 19.1

I see that Mint 19.1 is now on the download page, however
it was my understanding that 19.1 was going to be available
thru Update Manager. I don't seem to see anything regarding
19.1 on Update Manager. Is this to be available in UM to bring
a version 19 installation up to 19.1 ?

19.1 is in beta testing right now. When it comes out of beta, you'll be able to move from 19 to 19.1 via Update Manager.

If it is BETA, then shouldn't the listing for it on the download site be labeled as BETA ?

Sorry, I see that the various versions are marked as beta, should probably have that marking on
the main listing.
