Thanks a lot, I will read the articles, anyway I don't want to make a dual boot, I will swap hard disks, so each OS will have its own hard disk

I tried Ubuntu MATE 18.04.2 LTS (Bionic), the live cd works fine ( I can't run even Linux Mint 19.1 live), should I try another version of linux mint? maybe an older one?
Thanks in advance, I like Ubuntu MATE, but I would prefer Linux Mint :)

You have a good configuration and any version should run well on it
