And this is? Where you can select install options like Compatibility mode?
If nothing happens I'm afraid the live USB is bad
Did you check the md5sum? In Windows you need a third party program to check or is that built in to Unetbootin?
There is also an issue with the bootloader in Win7, but I don't think that should cause a problem
