<SOLVED>: Wifi gone after upgrade

Post by Nils0101 »

Hello everyone,
I just updated to Linux Mint 19.3 Cinnamon from 19.2 - everything was fine right after the update. The wifi was working.
Right after I was asked to check my drivers (see screen shot) - after choosing either one the wifi is gone.
Looking at my network - there is no wifi at all.

Translation of pic: this computer uses an alternative driver // at the bottom don't use

Every hint would be a great help.
Thanks
Nils

Can you reinstall the driver in Driver Manager, uncheck the box, then check it again?

No need. It seems like you have no driver or it's just not showing, but I'm not sure why. Are you dual booting with Windows?
