Ok the problem goes as this:
I have an old used lenovo thinkcentre that came with win7
it has been working as dualboot for over 2 years
soon win 7 were upgraded to win 10 ...everything ok
BUT
2 days ago Win10 just decided to give an irrepairable BSOD (tried everything I knew)!! Mint kept working fine!!
where is my problem?
well
disk is mbr and CANNOT turn to GPT because if win 10 get installed on gpt they demand UEFI and my bios doesn't support UEFI
When I boot from WIN10usb I am asked to erase the whole disk (to convert it to GPT)
When I boot from mint USB windows are not recognised at all
.....
AFTER several hours of testing I Finally found the solution for BOTH cases!!
I JUST HAD to RENAME the 'EFI' folder on both sticks! (eg EEFI)
Then everything went FINE
and i thougth I should let everyone know Thanks
