IdeaPad 5 15ARE05 Touchpad not working

Hello,

my Touchpad is not working at Linux Mint 20.1 Cinnamon. I tried every solution here in the Forum, but nothing helps.

Some obvious hardware/metal items to check:
1. Did you run hardware diagnostics from your BIOS?
2. Do you have a hardware switch that might be turned off?

I don't know how I should run Hardware diagnostic ?

In the Bios there is no switch for the Touchpad. I checked it, but nothing to find.

With Windows 10 everything is working, but with Linux the Touchpad has no function
