Hope you can help.
I've got LM20 on a SSD and it works great on a desktop. When I plug it into my laptop, it shows the logo and then just a blinking cursor.
I've backed up the SSD with timeshift on the desktop.
I can install a fresh install of LM20 on my laptop and it works.
When I apply the timeshift backup onto the laptop, it goes back to not loading and the blinking cursor.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Desktop booting UEFI, laptop booting legacy or the other way round?
nvidia graphics, later gen CPU requiring a later kernel?
