jdmckay wrote: Thu Dec 02, 2021 11:21 am Just out of curiosity I just burned the MINT EDGE ISO. Booted fine. GPARTED showed entire SSD. So... looks like there is a solution here.

Not much mention on this site about stability of this version. For now I will play with TUMBLEWEED for a week or so. If I can get information EDGE is stable/reliable, I'll give it a shot. I would prefer to use/support MINT.
I have been running Edge since I bought my new laptop back in September with out issue. I did a clean install of edge without disabling secure boot or changing the configuration on my ssd.

Just a fyi.

Edge is stable, but the 5.11 kernel is now end of life, once installed you can upgrade to the 5.13 kernel via software manager. 5.13 is also EOL, but there will be another one along in a minute :)
