[solved] boot menu is displayed only after 3 restart

Hello all
Probably not a Mint/Linux related stuff, but i don't know where to post.
When I reboot my computer, the boot menu (I have a dual boot with window$) isn't displayed (black screen) and nothing happens if I wait (so i don't know if the default OS is loaded or if the boot process is stuck somewhere). I have to turn off the computer and restart. The second time the boot menu isn't displayed. Then I restart a third time and only then the boot menu is displayed ...
How could I sort this? Is it UEFI related? GPU related? (my screen is plugged on the GPU DisplayPort).
The issue appears when I reboot from Mint or Windows, same s***.

almost reads like it's a display port issue and only that it's booting to one other DP before it gets to the one you're connected to.

When you boot your PC do you see your Motherboards bios splash screen or Bios POST test?

If you do then you're booting to the correct default DP, if you don't then it's not the Default DP and you should try another DPon the GFX card.

That's all I can think of sorry and it's a best guess at that. Fingers crossed.
