After a 20.2 install, is there a good reason to do a fresh 20.3 install?

After a 20.2 install, is there a good reason to do a fresh 20.3 install?
How long would this take and what would be the fastest way? I have multiple TBs of backup if needed and only a 1 TB on the HD. Is it worth the huge hassle?

You can upgrade from LM20.2 to LM20.3 via update manager, no need to re-install.

It says everything is up to date.
In system it says my OS is:
Linux Mint 20.2 Cinnamon

It took me 15 minutes to runa fresh installation, distro-update and install a few packages.

i Updated through "update manager" and now steam launcher broken, and i experience some bugs like random freezing, filemanager crashes sometimes when i "eject" devices, discord also lags and cursor invisible over some windows, and screenshot tool can lag behind key press like 1 minute long. i try to fresh install of mint 20.3 if it not help i will stick to 20.2
