i need to connect to the internet in order to install the drivers not in order to use the terminal.
and as for whatr drivers. right now i concern with audio and graphic card drviers
I do not understand what drivers you think you need.
The Intel graphic driver is in the kernel and should load automatically when you boot. There are no proprietary Intel drivers you can load. The open-source nouveau driver will load for the Nvidia GPU. You do not need the proprietary Nvidia driver at this point because your system defaults to using the Intel graphics.
The audio drivers also load from the kernel and the information you provided earlier indicate they all loaded.
Audio:
Device-1: Intel Comet Lake PCH cAVS vendor: Dell
driver: snd_hda_intel
v: kernel bus ID: 00:1f.3 chip ID: 8086:06c8
Device-2: NVIDIA
driver: snd_hda_intel v: kernel bus ID: 01:00.1
chip ID: 10de:228b
Device-3: Razer USA type: USB
driver: hid-generic,snd-usb-audio,usbhid
bus ID: 1-1.3:7 chip ID: 1532:0511 serial: <filter>
If you do not have internet working then perhaps you need a different Wifi driver, but I do not understand why you think you need audio or graphics card drivers.
Can you provide the inxi data for us? To do that, please open the System Reports app and click the System Information tab on the left. Your computer's information should come up in the right pane. Then click Copy, and paste the results into a reply window here so we can see how Linux Mint views your hardware.
If you can not get it from your installed version, maybe you can get it from a live session version.
