Welcome to the forum, georgios_m.

Please boot to a live session of Linux Mint using your install usb/dvd and provide us with information about how Linux Mint sees your hardware. Open the System Reports app and click the System Information tab on the left. Your computer's information should come up in the right pane. Then click Copy and paste the results into a reply window here.

Do you normally see the grub menu? If you do, are you seeing this message before the grub menu shows?

The only "out of memory" error with which I am familiar is a hardware issue. I can not see anything in your data which might indicate any relevance to installing the Nvidia driver.

How many times did you try booting that you are not able to get into the installed system?

When starting the computer the grub menu appears normally. When I click on the "linux mint 21 cinnamon" option instead of starting to load the OS it says "out of memory - press any key". The message appears when nvidia 515 or 510 drivers are installed. With the open source xserver - xorg - nouveau driver this problem does not occur.
Also the problem does not appear in the previous distribution of linux mint "Una" with the same computer configuration. The problem did not appear when I ran a different distro (manjaro) with the 515 video driver. I also checked the computer's RAM with memtest86 from an external USB driver. The check did not show that there is a problem with the memory.
The computer's memory is from Corsair in double channel and consists of 4 ddr4 DIMMs of 4GB each with passive cooling in a 2x4GB kit with 2666Mhz timing.

I uninstalled linux mint and installed ubuntu 22.04.1lts half an hour ago. I used the nvidia 515 graphics card driver. Booting the computer and loading the operating system presented no problems. On the contrary the linux mint with the 515 driver did not start in my every attempt.

They both use the same code with regards to the Nvidia driver (and the same exact Nvidia driver). I have no idea why you are seeing a difference between the two unless something did not install properly with Linux Mint.

Because of the changes in the NVidia drivers in the brand new dot release? See https://www.omgubuntu.co.uk/2022/08/ubu ... -available

I do not know what that line item in that article is referencing.

Nvidia continually releases updated versions of driver and as they become available for Ubuntu, they are made available in Driver Manager (which means they are available for Linux Mint). Linux Mint uses the Ubuntu driver packages. There are not separate drivers for Linux Mint.

Maybe Cosmo had this reference in mind
Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS will default to Wayland on hybrid systems with NVIDIA graphics drivers
Georgios_M's system uses a dedicated Nvidia and an integrated intel gpu at the same time. Does this pass as hybrid?
The new Ubuntu configuration could be wrongly implemented on MInt. Manjaro and Ubuntu support Wayland and OP booted both of em with success.
This wild speculation can be dismissed if Georgios_M disables the intel GPU in bios, which btw no monitor is attached to, tries to install the proprietary Nvidia drivers and fails once more.

Normally it would for a laptop, but it seems desktops sometimes handle this differently so I am not sure exactly how Georgios_M's desktop is handling this. Dells desktops are known to do hybrid, but I do not know what MSI does.

Mint only uses X11. Mint does not support Wayland (and I am not aware of plans for it to do so at the present time). Mint 21 is based on Ubuntu 22.04 and not 22.04.1.

The Nvidia driver packages include a component for Wayland, but it is just not used for Linux Mint (or other distros running X11). There are a number of people already successfully using the Nvidia 510 or 515 driver on Mint 21.
